Durch die laufende Überwachung der Qualität unserer Produkte und die Dokumentation der Betriebsabläufe (bei Wareneingang, während der Lagerung und Verladung), durch Prüfungen und Kontrollen, Kennzeichnung sowie einen geordneten Informations- und Warenfluss erreichen wir ein Höchstmaß an Transparenz und Rückverfolgbarkeit. Unsere Organisation ist darauf ausgerichtet, die Aufgaben auf Anhieb und sicher zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden zu erledigen, das Auftreten von Fehlern zu vermeiden und bei Bedarf geeignete Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen zu ergreifen.
Das Qualitätssicherungs-System bezieht sich auf die Bereiche Handel, die Lagerung bzw. den Umschlag und den Transport von Getreide und Futtermitteln.
